Senior Year (2017-18)

• Posted a 19-8 record, wrestling mainly at 133 pounds.
• Went 10-3 in dual match competition.
• Finished with six victories by pin.
• Had three wins to help the Royals finish second at the Electric City Duals on Nov. 11 in the Long Center.
• Finished fourth at 133 pounds at the RIT Invitational on Dec. 2.
• Went 4-2 to finish fifth at the NCAA Mideast Regional on Feb. 24-25 at Lycoming.

Junior Year (2016-17)

• Finished 26-6 while wrestling the entire season at 125 pounds.
• Had a team-high 13 pins, which are also the third-most in a single season in program history.
• Went 19-1 over a span of 20 matches from Nov. 12 through Jan. 29.
• Was an impressive 14-2 in dual match competition.
• His first five and final five victories of the season all came by way of pin.
• Won the 125-pound title at the Washington and Lee Invitational on Jan. 7 in Lexington, Va.
• Also finished season at 125 pounds in the RIT Invitational on Dec. 3.

Sophomore Year (2015-16)

• In his first year in the program, went 23-14, wrestling mostly at 133 pounds.
• Opened the season with four straight wins and also had a four-match winning streak in January.
• Had a team-high eight pins.
• Finished fourth at 133 pounds at the Monarch Invitational on Nov. 7 at King's College.
• Also took home fourth place at 133 in the RIT Invitational on Dec. 5 in Rochester, N.Y.
• Finished third at 133 pounds at the Washington & Lee Invitational on Jan. 9, winning the third-place match by pin.
• Had a pair of consolation bracket victories, both by pin, in the NCAA East Regional on Feb. 28.

High school/personal

• Was a four-year member of the wrestling team at Freehold Township High School.
• Was the District 21 champion, Region 6 runner-up and finished sixth at the New Jersey state tournament as a senior.
• Finished with a career record of 127-22.
• Was named all-state as a sophomore, junior and senior.
• Earned all-county honors and all four years.
• Son of Richard and Toni DePierro.
• Has three siblings: Anthony, Michael and Vincent.
