Moosic, PA -- The University of Scranton men's golf team took down Misericordia 338-354 while falling to Wilkes 323-338 on Monday afternoon in a local tri-match at Glenmaura National Golf Club.

Junior Liam Burtis (Binghamton, N.Y. / Seton Catholic Central) led the way for the Royals with a 79 (+8). In his first official round at Scranton, junior Mason Hemak (Jermyn, Pa. / Scranton Prep) fired off an 81 (+10).

Senior Anthony Carmadella (Archbald, Pa. / Valley View) and junior Dillon Falcone (Staten Island, N.Y. / Monsignor Farrell) each carded rounds of 89 (+18) while senior Cooper Robinson (Long Valley, N.J. / West Morris Central) rounded out the lineup with a 91 (+20) 

The men's golf team returns to action next Monday for the Moravian Invitational hosted at Saucon Valley Country Club at 12:00 PM.
