SELINSGROVE, PA -- The University of Scranton men's basketball team was defeated 68-60 by Susquehanna University in Landmark Conference action on Saturday.

How it Happened
- Susquehanna got out to an 18-8 lead midway through the opening half, but senior Cameron Khoza hit a three to cut the lead to seven.
- Freshman Will Marion and junior Jon Spatola drilled back-to-back threes at the seven minute mark to bring the Royals within two.
- The River Hawks held a 35-29 lead headed into halftime as Khoza led the way for Scranton in the first half with nine points.
- Senior Will McLoughlin connected from deep to open up the second half and cut the lead to three.
- The Royals took their first lead since the opening play of the game at the 9:14 mark in the second half when junior Teddy Spratt converted a layup off a dish from graduate student Tahaj Parland.
- Following a steal from Spatola on the defensive end, Spratt scored another bucket to increase Scranton's lead to 55-52.
- Spatola hit from deep at the 6:47 mark giving Scranton a four-point advantage at 58-54.
- Susquehanna closed out the game on a 14-2 run to defeat the Royals 68-60.
