SCRANTON, PA – The University of Scranton men's basketball team fell in Landmark Conference action against Drew University on Wednesday night at the John Long Center with a final score of 95-67.

- Scranton started the game with a quick mid-range shot from freshman Sammy Tornabene after Drew gave up possession in the offensive zone, 2-0.
- Senior Cameron Khoza found classmate Will McLoughlin on a cut to the hoop for an easy layup, cutting Drew's lead to three at 13:46.
- Tornabene scored four quick points for Scranton as he hit a jump shot and threw down a dunk off a turnover from Drew to get the Royals within two points at 11:02.
- Tornabene found Khoza in the left corner to drain a contested three-pointer to get the Royals within four points at 6:12.
- Senior Mason Thompson stopped Drew's 7-0 run with a layup to get the Royals within eight at 2:53, but Drew responded with eight unanswered field goals.
- Drew scored a layup with eight seconds left to end the first half and led 49-33 at the break.
