SCRANTON, PA -- The University of Scranton women's tennis team was defeated by Moravian University in Landmark Conference action on Saturday afternoon at the Royals Courts, 6-1.
Doubles
- Moravian won both the No. 1 doubles match (6-4) and the No. 2 doubles match (7-5) to secure the doubles point.
- Scranton's No. 3 doubles team of senior Julia Nocentino and sophomore Kyleigh McNulty posted a 6-2 win.
Singles
- Freshman Erin O'Mara recorded the lone singles win for Scranton in the No. 4 spot as she won her match 6-2, 3-6, 10-8.
- Moravian posted wins in the remainder of the singles matches to secure a 6-1 win.
