SCRANTON, PA -- The University of Scranton women's tennis team knocked off Juniata College 4-1 in the opening round of the Landmark Conference Playoffs.
Doubles
- The Eagles won the No. 1 doubles match by a score of 6-4.
- At No. 2 doubles, the duo of senior Daniella Wisniewski and freshman Erin O'Mara posted a 6-4 victory.
- The No. 3 doubles pair of senior Julia Nocentino and sophomore Kyleigh McNulty claimed a 6-4 win to secure the doubles point for the Royals.
Singles
- Sophomore Gisele Falzone won her No. 2 match by a score of 6-4, 6-1.
- In the No. 5 match, junior Paige Hunt posted a 6-3, 6-3 victory.
- Senior Brigid O'Mara notched a 6-1, 6-4 win at No. 6 singles to cap off the victory for Scranton.
