Scranton Men's Golf Dominates Misericordia and King's in Local Tri-Match

Clarks Summit, PA – The University of Scranton men's golf team turned in a dominant performance on Thursday afternoon, winning a local tri-match at Glen Oak Country Club with a team score of 296, far ahead of Misericordia (337) and King's College (355).

Led by Jack Novis, who fired an even-par 72 to earn medalist honors, the Royals showcased impressive depth and consistency across their lineup.

Also competing for the Royals were Jack Leonard and Richard Essen, who each carded solid rounds of 79.

The Royals' 41-stroke margin of victory over second-place Misericordia highlights the squad's current form and depth as they look ahead to the rest of the fall schedule.

Scranton returns to action on Tuesday, Sept. 16 in a dual-match against King's at Wyoming Valley Country Club.
