SCRANTON, Pa. – The University of Scranton men's swimming team earned a convincing 207–71 victory over Susquehanna University on Saturday afternoon at the Long Center Pool, celebrating Senior Day with strong performances across every event group.

The Royals opened the meet by sweeping the top two spots in the 200 medley relay. The A relay of Jake Brunetti, Samuel Peters, Matt Sherry, and Owen Sherry won the event in 1:38.07, with the B relay finishing close behind.

Scranton controlled the distance events early, led by Jimmy O'Malley, who captured first place in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:10.79. Christopher Clarke and Steven Detwiler followed in second and third, completing a sweep for the Royals. The momentum continued in the 200 freestyle, where Jake Brunetti won in 1:46.35, before O'Malley added another victory in the 500 freestyle (4:55.83).

The Royals continued to dominate the stroke events throughout the meet. Craig Clarke led a one-two finish in the 200 backstroke alongside Alex Iannone, while Conor Doogan won the 100 breaststroke and Ethan Kwon captured first in the 200 breaststroke. In butterfly action, Matt Bellach won the 200 butterfly and Matt Sherry finished first in the 100 butterfly.

Scranton added more points in the IM events, as Jake Brunetti claimed first place in the 200 IM. The Royals closed the meet with a win in the 400 freestyle relay, as the A relay of Matt Sherry, Owen Sherry, Zach Leonard, and Craig Clarke capped the Senior Day victory.
