WILKES BARRE, PA -- The No. 21 ranked University of Scranton men's basketball team saw its 11-game win streak come to an end after falling to Wilkes University, 75-45, in a road Landmark Conference contest on Wednesday evening.

How it Happened
- Wilkes jumped out to a fast start, opening the game on an 11–3 run behind a three-pointer and strong drives to the basket.
- The Colonels continued to build their advantage, extending the lead to 28–12 with just over six minutes remaining in the first half, using a strong presence on the glass to create second-chance opportunities.
- Freshman Josias Carbon provided a spark late in the half with a pair of baskets, but Wilkes maintained control heading into the break, holding a 35–20 advantage, while controlling the rebounding battle as Scranton was shorthanded in the frontcourt.
- Wilkes opened the second half with two quick scores to push the margin to 19, continuing to dominate the boards and limiting Scranton to one shot on many possessions.
- Midway through the half, the Colonels used a 14–5 run to further extend the lead to 62–30, as their rebounding advantage continued to grow.
