Scranton Men's Track Competes at Big Apple Invitational

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The University of Scranton men's track and field team turned in a strong performance at the Big Apple Invitational, hosted at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Saturday.

On the men's side, William Dickson finished seventh in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.56. In the men's 3,000-meter run, Brayden Clarke earned a podium finish, placing third with a time of 8:46.60.

The men's 4x400-meter relay also turned in a strong showing, as Dickson, Luciano Fiorenza, Owen Pollock, and Brian Hard finished second with a program record time of 3:24.86.

The Royals will look to build on their strong performances as the indoor season continues next week with the SU Valentine Invite at Susquehanna University on Saturday, Feb. 14.
