The University of Scranton men's soccer team, ranked No. 14 in the nation, scored twice in the opening seven minutes and cruised to a 4-1 win over Susquehanna University in the Landmark Conference opener Saturday afternoon at Weiss Field.

How It Happened
- Matt Capretto opened the scoring just 1:43 into the match, running onto a ball played ahead from midfield by Joey Moore, taking a touch past the Susquehanna goalkeeper and slotting it into the back of the net for his second goal of the season.
- Luke Roberto made it 2-0 in the 7th minute, rising above a Susquehanna defender to head home a left-footed corner kick from Alex Kozdron off the far post for his first goal of the year.
- James Mayo extended the lead to 3-0 in the 58th minute, also heading home a corner kick served in by Kozdron for his second goal of the season.
- Cooper Seele added a fourth goal in the 75th minute, capping a sequence that started with a back-heel flick to Nick Suraci, whose ball across the face of goal was one-touched by Ethan Beach to Seele for an easy finish inside the six-yard box, his first goal of the year.
