Jeff Frank enters his fourth season as an assistant coach with The University of Scranton men's basketball team in 2025-26.

Over his first three seasons with the Royals, Frank has mentored a total of five All-Conference selections including Will McLoughlin who was a first team honoree in 2024-25. He also helped guide Sammy Tornabene to Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year honors in 2024-25.

The Rochester, N.Y., native found immediate success in his first season as the Royals posted a 21-8 record and captured the program's eighth Landmark Conference title before advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament with a 65-64 victory over NC Wesleyan. Frank saw graduate student guard Jackson Danzig become the 11th All-American in program history and both Danzig along with sophomore forward Will McLoughlin earned All-Region honors.

Frank came to Scranton following a five season stint as an associate head coach at Penn State Harrisburg, where he helped lead the Lions to a pair of conference championships and two NCAA Tournament victories.

In 2021-22, the Lions posted a program-best 24-4 record and advanced to the Round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament with a 63-53 win over St. Joseph (Conn.). In 2019-2020, Penn State Harrisburg captured the NEAC Championship and knocked off No. 6 Johns Hopkins in a 104-96 double overtime thriller in the opening round of NCAAs.

During his time in Harrisburg, Frank helped mentor seven All-Conference selections as well as a NEAC Player of the Year and preseason All-American.

Prior to his stint at Penn State Harrisburg, the Rochester, N.Y., native served as a Video Coordinator/Graduate Assistant for the men's basketball program at Hofstra. In 2015-16, the Pride posted a 24-10 record and captured the CAA Regular Season Championship before advancing to the NIT.

Frank earned a Master's Degree in Higher Education from Hofstra in 2017 after previously receiving his bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Niagara University in 2015. While at Niagara, he was the Head Men's Basketball manager for the Purple Eagles.
