Biography

Four-year letterman...started 81 of 95 career games...averaged 6.9 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.9 blocks, and 0.4 steals per game...shot 44.8 percent from the field, 39.7 percent from beyond the 3-point arc, and 67.3 percent from the free throw line for his career....outstanding perimeter shooter for his size who finished his career ninth in 3-point field goals made (117), 10th in 3-point field goals attempted (295), and 11th in 3-point field goal percentage (.397) in Royals' history.

Senior Year (2011-2012):  One of four players to start all 31 games...averaged 7.9 points, 4.0 rebounds, and a team-leading 0.8 blocks per game...also led the Royals in 3-point field goals made (56) and attempted (138)...scored in double figures 13 times, including a season-high 16-point effort on 6 of 10 shooting from the field in an 84-71 loss to Misericordia University on November 22 at the Long Center...hit two memorable 3-pointers in the clutch:  drained a 3-pointer, drew a foul, and converted a 4-point play with 2:11 remaining as the Royals overcame a five-point deficit with three minutes remaining to defeat Westfield State (Mass.), 61-56, at the Daytona Beach Shootout in Daytona Beach, Florida, on December 20; drained a buzzer-beating 3-pointer to cap off a 30-12 run as the Royals overcame an 18-point deficit with eight minutes remaining to defeat Messiah College, 70-67, in an NCAA first-round game at William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey, on March 2...also came up big in the Royals' 78-70 win over Juniata College in the championship game of the Landmark Conference tournament on February 25 at the Long Center, scoring 12 points on 4 of 7 shooting from the field (all from beyond the 3-point arc) and pulling down four rebounds...scored nine points and had four rebounds in a 69-41 victory over Becker College in an NCAA second-round game at William Paterson University on March 3...also had nine points in a 78-58 loss to eventual NCAA runner-up Cabrini College in the NCAA sectional championship game (Elite Eight) on March 10 in Middlebury, Vermont...made at least one 3-pointer in a game 24 times and made at least two 15 times...was twice named The University of Scranton Athlete of the Week (Dec. 11, Feb. 5) and was named to the all-tournament team at the Daytona Beach Shootout...finished fourth in blocked shots, eighth in 3-point field goals made,ninth in 3-point field goal percentage,13th in minutes played, and 28th in scoring in the final Landmark Conference statistical rankings.

Junior Year (2010-2011):  One of three players to start all 26 games...averaged 9.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.3 blocks and 0.5 stealls--all career highs--in 28.4 minutes of action per game...led Royals in blocked shots (33) and finished second in assists (2.5)...shot a very respectable 45.5 percent from the field, including 37.0 percent from the 3-point arc, and nearly 64 percent from the free throw line...nearly 47 percent of his made field goals were 3-pointers...made at least one 3-pointer in a game 17 times, including 12 games with at least two...scored in double figures 11 times, including a career-high 18-point effort in an 88-85 loss in overtime to Elizabethtown College on November 28 at the Long Center...recorded the first 'double-double' of his career with 11 points and a career-high 10 rebounds in a 70-47 victory over Goucher College on January 22...had 13 points and seven rebounds in an 80-73 loss to Becker College in an NCAA first-round game on March 4 at Williams College in Williamstown, Mass...pulled down five-or-more rebounds in a game 13 times...finished fifth in blocks, 10th in 3-point field goal percentage, 12th in field goal percentage and 3-point field goals made (1.42), 18th in rebounding, 20th in minutes played and 24th in scoring,

Sophomore Year (2009-2010):  Appeared in all 27 games and started 24 times...Finished second on the team in blocked shots and in 3-point field goal percentage (.412), third in rebounding (3.9), and fifth in points per game (5.8)...scored a career-high 14 points and came up with two steals in an 82-58 victory over PSU-Hazelton on December 2 at the Long Center...Scored 10 points and pulled down a career-high nine rebounds in a 79-63 victory over Moravian College on December 5 at the Long Center...Scored 13 points in a season-opening  73-64 victory over Kean on November 17 at the Long Center...scored 10 points and blocked three blocks in an 80-62 victory over Catholic University on January 22 at the Long Center...handed out three assists and scored eight points in a 96-77 loss to John Carroll University in the championship game of the Radisson Invitational on November 22 at the Long Center...finished seventh overall in the Landmark Conference in blocked shots per game (.93).

Freshman Year (2008-2009):  Saw action in 11 games...scored a season-high three points apiece in wins over Hood College on November 15, Juniata on January 10, and Penn State-Hazleton on January 14...three of his four made field goals were 3-pointers...played a season-high 11 minutes in the win over Penn State-Hazleton on January 14.

High School:  Averaged 10.1 points per game and shot 72 percent from the free throw line for head coach C.J. Kersey at Wyoming Seminary last season...earned 2nd-team all-Scholastic honors and was selected to the play in the Senior All-Star game...member of back-to-back Division championship teams that posted a 22-2 record in 2008 and a 23-2 mark in 2007.
