Bio:  Three-year letter-winner...holds acareer record of 13-19 in singles (.406) and 19-23 (.452) indoubles (.483)...younger sister of Sarah Costello, a 2008 graduateand three-year letter-winner on the Royals' women's tennisteam...majoring in secondary education-Spanish

Junior Year (2009-2010):  One of fourplayers on the roster to finish with a non-losing or winning recordin singles (7-7, .500)...her seven wins were a career-high...played12 of her 14 singles's matches at either the fifth or sixth spot inthe lineup...posted a 4-2 record in singles against LandmarkConference opponents...teamed with sophomore Moira McGinn to post a4-9 record in doubles, all of which were played at the number twoposition in the lineup...started a four-match winning streak insingles with a straight-set victory over Katheryn Mangelsdord ofGreenville College on March 17 in Hilton Head Island, SouthCarolina, and included straight-set wins over Heather Gehman ofFDU-Florham (March 18), Christine Conde of Drew University (March27), and Rachel Adams of Juniata College (April 5)...

Sophomore Year (2008-2009):  Posted a 4-12record in both singles and doubles...played in three differentspots in the singles lineup, going 1-0 at three, 1-9 at four, and2-3 at five...won two of her final three singles'smatches...dropped a hard-fought 6-3, 4-6, 0-1 (9-11) decision toAlexandra Hay of Moravian College in the Royals' 8-1 loss to theLady Greyhounds in the semifinals of the Landmark Conferencetournament on April 29 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania...teamed withfour different partners in doubles:  went 1-6 with DanielleWylie, 3-4 in Moira McGinn, and 0-1 with both Beth Lappin andKirsten Wentworth.

Freshman Year (2007-2008):  Led the Royalswith 11 wins in doubles...capped off a solid season by earningsecond-team all-Landmark Conference honors for her play in doubleswith fellow freshman Danielle Wylie...posted a 2-0 record insingles, defeating Erin Kriner of Messiah at the number fiveposition on September 24 and MaryKate Boylan of DeSales at numberfour on April 17...in her first collegiate match, teamed with Wylieto post an 8-3 win over Elizabeth Walpole and Courtnay Wilson inScranton's 5-4 loss to King's College on September 12 at the PolyHi Tennis Courts...played 11 of her 15 doubles matches at thenumber three spot in the lineup...had two four-match winningstreaks throughout the season.
