HUNTINGDON, Pa. – The University of Scranton men's tennis team went on the road to face preseason favorite Juniata in the Landmark Conference opener on Sunday and came away with a 9-0 loss at Raffensperger Courts.
Royals' senior Ryan Bair (Leola, Pa./Lancaster Catholic) nearly pulled out a victory at no. 5 singles, but ultimately fell, 2-6, 6-2, 7-10.
Scranton (1-4, 0-1 Landmark) returns to action on Monday, April 6, when they host Catholic in a Landmark Conference match at 1 p.m. at Royal Courts.
