Box Score SCRANTON, PA -- The University of Scranton men's tennis team defeated Marywood University 7-0 at the Royal Courts on Tuesday afternoon.

This marks the first win for the Royals in the 2024-25 season. 

Doubles

• At No. 1 singles, the sophomore duo of Max Dombrowski and Lucas Kotcho earned a 6-0 win.
• Sophomore Harrison Clark and freshman Ethan Borwick picked up a 6-1 win at No. 3 singles.
• Junior Nate Harrison and freshman Chris Martinez completed a perfect day in doubles action for Scranton with a 6-0 win in the No. 3 spot.

Singles

• Dombrowski cruised to a 6-0, 6-0 win in No. 1 singles.
• Kotcho notched a 6-0, 6-3 victory in the No. 2 singles match. 
• In the No. 3 spot, Borwick secured a 6-2, 6-0 win for the Royals.
• Clark claimed a 6-1, 6-1 victory for Scranton in the No. 4 singles match.
• Harrison won the No. 5 match 6-0, 6-3. 

The men's tennis team returns to action on Saturday at Messiah with action set to get underway at 1:00 PM.
