Kranson of Women's Basketball Named Second Team All-American by D3Hoops.com

Junior Kaci Kranson of The University of Scranton women's basketball team earned Second Team All-American honors as announced by D3Hoops.com on Saturday, March 22.

  • Kranson is now the fifth three-time All-American in program history after getting the nod in 2023 and 2024.
  • The Scranton, Pa. native posted career-highs in points per game (17.3), field goal percentage (.472) and total steals (50). She scored in double figures in 28 of 31 games.
  • In her career, Kranson has scored 1,418 points and has recorded 556 rebounds.
  • Earlier this season, Kranson earned D3Hoops.com Region 5 Player of the Year, D3Hoops.com First Team All-Region, Landmark Conference Player of the Year, and First Team All-Landmark Conference.
  • Kranson helped lead the Lady Royals to a 29-2 overall record and the program's 10th straight Landmark Conference Championship.
