MT. COBB, Pa. – The University of Scranton women's golf team dropped a stroke-play match against Marywood University, 363-387, on Saturday afternoon at Scranton Municipal Golf Course.

The Royals (4-4) were led by junior Maura McDonough (Dunmore, Pa./Holy Cross), who shot a 91. Sophomore Brianna Stein (Basking Ridge, N.J./Ridge) finished with a 95, junior Maggie McDonough (Dunmore, Pa./Holy Cross) shot a 93, and senior Katie Allen (New Milford, Conn./Immaculate H.S.) had a 103 to round out the team's top four.

The women's golf team will be back in action on Monday, April 16, when the Royals host Keystone at 1:30 p.m at Glenmaura National Golf Club in Moosic, Pa.
