SHIPPENSBURG, PA --  The University of Scranton men's track & field team had several strong performances at the Paul Kaiser Invitational on Saturday at Shippensburg University. 

• Freshman William Dickson (Quakertown, Pa. / Quakertown Community) ran his way to fifth place finish in the 200M with a time of 22.42.
• In the men's 800M, junior Christian Snee (Olyphant, Pa. / Mid Valley) took sixth at 1:55.26. 
• The Scranton 4x100 relay 'A' team of senior Riley Adams (Douglassville, Pa. / Berks Catholic), freshman Elias Fuchs (Erie, Pa. Northwest PA Collegiate Academy), sophomore Brendan Perez (Warwick, N.Y. / Warwick Valley) and freshman Freddie Kumi-Atiemo Jr. (Stroudsburg, Pa. Stroudsburg) took fifth overall at 45.37. 
• Freshman Nicholas Franceschelli (Spring Brook Township, Pa. / North Pocono) earned a fifth place finish in the javelin at 56.28m. 

The men's track & field team will now get set to take on the Landmark Conference Championships starting next Saturday, May 4 at Elizabethtown College.
