NEW TRIPOLI, PA -- The University of Scranton men's golf team continued its strong fall season with a second-place finish at the
DeSales Fall Classic, held over the past two days at
Olde Homestead Golf Club. The Royals posted rounds of
303 and
300 for a team total of
603 (+27), finishing just 10 strokes behind tournament champion
Albright College (593).

Gehrig Shannon paced Scranton with rounds of 73-73—146 (+2), placing fifth overall and leading a balanced Royals lineup that featured multiple strong performances.
