2025 Recap:
Scranton finished the season with a 17-17 overall record and a 6-10 mark in Landmark Conference play, earning the sixth seed in the Landmark Pre- Season poll. Scranton landed in the middle of the league standings while navigating a challenging schedule. Highlighted by key wins against SUNY Cortland, Elizabethtown, and Muhlenberg.

Key Returners:

  • Celia Totaro - .361 AVG, .888 OPS, 2 HR, 9 RBI | 2024 All-Conference Honorable Mention
  • Emmie Feltenberger - .317 AVG, .777 OPS, 1 HR, 17 RBI | 2025 All-Conference Honorable Mention
  • Alexa Bruno - .221 AVG, .604 OPS, 5 RBI
  • Ellyn Cervona - .190 AVG, .456 OPS, 4 RBI
  • Hailey Poskonka - .180 AVG, .398 OPS, 7 RBI

Key Departures:
Scranton will look to replace several key contributors on the offensive side, including Kylie Rochford a career .375 hitter who finished her career batting .442 along with 17 RBI's. Also departing are Alyssa Mosconi, a second-team All-Conference pick in 2025 as well as NFCA All-Region V First Team (2025) who ranked second on the team with a .392 batting average and 24 RBI, and Hannah Keane who hit .264 with 18 RBI and 24 hits in 2025 while serving as a two-year starting outfielder.

Outlook:
Despite those departures, the Royals return a strong core led by Feltenberger and Totaro, who helped power the offense. With that group intact, along with an incoming freshman class and other key players, Scranton enters the 2026 season as an underdog with significant potential to make a run in the Landmark Conference.
