Logan Campbell of The University of Scranton has been selected as the Division III Commissioners Association (D3CA) Region V Male Student-Athlete of the Year, becoming the first male student-athlete in Landmark Conference history to receive the regional honor.
Campbell, who was named the 2025-26 Landmark Conference Male Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year, capped his standout career by excelling athletically, academically and through his leadership and service to the Scranton community.
Campbell graduated summa cum laude from Scranton with a 3.99 grade point average, earning a degree in Business Analytics with a minor in Finance. He was also selected as a First Team College Sports Communicators Academic All-American and named the 2025 United Soccer Coaches (USC) National Scholar Player of the Year.
On the field, Campbell was a three-time All-Landmark Conference selection and the 2025 Landmark Conference Defensive Player of the Year. He became just the second First Team All-American in Scranton men's soccer history after anchoring a Royals defense that allowed just four goals throughout the 2025 season, including none in conference play.
Beyond his accomplishments on the field and in the classroom, Campbell was a leader within the Scranton community. After being voted team captain as a sophomore, he served on the Royals' leadership council, which helped foster communication among student-athletes, coaches and athletic department staff. He was also involved with the Operations and Analytics Club and PRISM Club, gaining hands-on experience in business analytics and financial analysis.
Campbell's commitment to service extended into the greater Scranton community. He served as Head of Activities for Riverfront Sports' Challenger Soccer program, assisting with soccer sessions for more than 20 individuals with disabilities. He also volunteered at The Arrupe House, where he helped prepare more than 150 meals for community members in partnership with Friends of the Poor.
Campbell's selection as the D3CA Region V Male Student-Athlete of the Year adds another prestigious honor to a remarkable four-year career at Scranton and further highlights his accomplishments as a student-athlete, leader and member of the University community.
