SCRANTON, Pa. – The University of Scranton women's cross country team will look to contend for a conference title when it competes at the 2025 Landmark Conference Championships on Saturday, Nov. 1, hosted by Drew University at Oak Ridge Park in Clark, N.J. The women's 6K race is scheduled for 12:00 p.m., following the men's race at 11:00 a.m.

Led by head coach Bill Burke, the Royals enter the weekend projected to finish second in the Landmark Conference after placing third a year ago. Scranton brings back a strong and experienced lineup headlined by senior Emily Hopkins, a First Team All-Landmark performer who placed seventh at last year's championship, and junior Callie Gorman, who earned Second Team All-Conference honors with a 10th-place finish in 2024.
The championship will take place at Oak Ridge Park in Clark, N.J., hosted by Drew University. Admission is free for all fans, with parking available at the Homestead Farm at Oak Ridge Lot and overflow parking at the Oak Ridge Field House. Official Landmark Championship merchandise will be available for purchase on-site.
