Three student-athletes from The University of Scranton cross country programs have earned First Team All-Landmark Conference honors following standout performances at the 2025 Landmark Conference Championships held Saturday at Oak Ridge Park in Clark, N.J.
For the women, senior Emily Hopkins and junior Callie Gorman each claimed First Team All-Landmark recognition after finishing in the top 10 overall. Hopkins led the Royals with a third-place finish in a personal-best 22:08.54, while Gorman followed close behind in sixth place with a career-best 22:44.19. Their performances helped Scranton secure a third-place team finish with 77 points in a highly competitive field.
On the men's side, sophomore Brayden Clarke also earned First Team All-Landmark honors, placing sixth overall with a personal-best time of 24:51.39 to pace the Royals. Scranton finished fifth as a team with several underclassmen contributing personal records and season-best efforts.
Both the men's and women's teams will now turn their focus to the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional Championships, set for Saturday, Nov. 15, in Newville, Pa.
