SCRANTON, Pa. – Three members of The University of Scranton men's soccer program were named to the United Soccer Coaches First Team Scholar All-East Region, as announced by the organization. Logan Campbell, Charlie Smith, and Drew Paxson each earned first team recognition for their excellence on the field and in the classroom.

Campbell earned the honor for the second straight year. A Business Analytics major with a 3.99 grade point average, he served as a center back and was a key contributor to Scranton's defensive unit throughout the season, helping the Royals lead the nation in shutout percentage and goals-against average.
Smith received First Team Scholar All-East Region recognition for the first time following an outstanding season in goal. A Finance major with a 3.65 GPA, Smith led the nation in both goals-against average and save percentage while anchoring the Royals' defense.
Paxson also earned First Team Scholar All-East Region honors for the first time after excelling both academically and on the field. A Business Analytics major with a 3.70 GPA, Paxson played center back and contributed on both sides of the ball, totaling four goals and four assists during the season.
The United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-Region program recognizes student-athletes who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement while competing at a high level on the field. The three first team selections highlight Scranton men's soccer's continued commitment to excellence in both academics and athletics.
