Junior Maggie Keys of The University of Scranton field hockey team has been named Peggy's Scranton Athlete of the Week for the period ending Sept. 21, 2025. 

Keys helped the Royals to a 2-0 week, recording two goals and three assists over the team's two wins over King's and Arcadia. The Centerport, N.Y., native had a career day against King's on Tuesday as she tallied a career-best five points and two goals while adding an assist in the 6-0 win over Kings. She followed up that performance by assisting on both goals in the 2-0 win over Arcadia on Saturday.

Keys leads the Landmark Conference with seven assists and ranks fourth with 13 points on the year.

This marks the first career Scranton Athlete of the Week award for the Centerport, N.Y., native.
