University of Scranton women's track and field senior standout Molly White has been named Landmark Conference Field Athlete of the Week following a historic, record-breaking performance at the Susquehanna Multi.
This marks her first conference athlete of the week award of the spring season and the fourth of her career.Â
White led the Royals against a competitive field spanning all three NCAA divisions, capturing first place in the heptathlon with a program-record 4,850 points while also setting a new Landmark Conference record in the event.
The senior delivered a dominant all-around performance, highlighted by first-place finishes in the 800 meters (2:17.21) and javelin throw (35.66m). She also recorded runner-up finishes in the 100-meter hurdles and 200 meters (26.16), placed third in the long jump (5.31m), and cleared 1.58 meters in the high jump. In addition, White set a new program record in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.09.
