Following a second straight Landmark Conference title game victory over Catholic on Saturday, The University of Scranton women's lacrosse team (16-3) will travel to Granville, Ohio, to face Lake Forest College (14-3) in an NCAA Tournament First Round contest on Saturday afternoon at Kienzle-Hylbert Stadium with action set to begin at 2:00 p.m.
Saturday's winner will advance to the second round and play Denison (14-4) on Sunday.
Tickets for Saturday's game are $8 for adults and $5 for those under 18 with cash and card accepted at the gate.

The Royals took an 8-2 lead into halftime and never looked back, winning 12-5 against Catholic for the second consecutive season. Junior Grace Lane (Long Beach, N.Y./Sacred Heart Academy) led the team with six total points on two goals and four assists and freshman Jillian Lopez (Sayville, N.Y./St. Anthony's) led the team with 3 goals.
Lane earned Tournament MVP honors after scoring seven goals with four assists in the team's two playoff wins against Juniata (14-7) and Catholic (12-5).
The Royals are making the program's fourth NCAA Tournament appearance all-time and their second in as many years. Scranton lost in the first round of the tournament last season in a 7-5 decision against Stevens.
Lake Forest College (14-3) is making their second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance and automatically qualified this season after a thrilling 15-14 victory over the College of Saint Benedict in the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference Tournament final last Sunday.
Lane leads the Royals this season with her 69 total points and 56 goals. As a unit, head coach Chrissy Trescavage's team features seven players with 20 goals or higher, with senior Erin Reich (Rockville Centre, N.Y./South Side) adding a career-high 45 goals herself.
Senior defender Grace Dabulas (Scotch Plains, N.J./Westfield) has caused 27 turnovers, and senior Karina Roettger (Brick, N.J./Brick Memorial) adds 22 caiued turnovers herself, which each scooping up 30 ground balls apiece.
Scranton won 57% of the draw control contests this season, led by freshman Eileen Hewitt (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown East) with her 78 draw wins. Lopez won and senior Devyn Tanajewski (Ringwood, N.J./Lakeland Regional) posted 48 draw control wins this season.
Junior goalie Lauren Boldis (Merrick, N.Y./Sanford H. Calhoun) has made 111 saves this season and posted a career best 8.54 GAA. The Merrick, N.Y. native made 6 saves in the win against Catholic in the Landmark Conference Title game on Saturday.
Ryleigh Nelson paces Lake Forest with 115 points on 53 goals and 62 assists and Jenna Doctor is the team's top goal scorer with 75.
Defensively, the Foresters are led by Ali Graham with 42 caused turnovers and has added 50 ground balls. Cecilia Adams has started 17 games in goal and has posted a 9.88 goals against average with a .411 save percentage.
