Four student-athletes from The University of Scranton women's lacrosse team earned All-Boardwalk Region honors as announced by the IWLCA on Friday afternoon.

Eileen Hewitt - First Team Midfielder
- Hewitt continued her dominant run this season, earning All-Boardwalk Region First Team honors for the third straight year.
- The Downingtown, Pennsylvania native posted career-best numbers across the board, totaling 93 points on 52 goals and 41 assists. She also set new personal highs with 69 ground balls, 47 caused turnovers, and 109 draw controls.
- Among Landmark Conference leaders, Hewitt ranked fifth in goals, fourth in assists, and third in points. She paced the conference in caused turnovers, finished second in ground balls, and tied for first in draw controls.
- She recorded 17 multi-goal performances and registered at least four points in 15 contests, highlighted by an eight-point outing in the Landmark Semifinals against Susquehanna.
- During the season, Hewitt became just the second player in program history to surpass 200 career draw controls. She also eclipsed the 200-point milestone in the NCAA First Round against St. Mary's, tallying two goals and four assists in the victory.
- Earlier this week, Hewitt was named a Third Team All-American by USA Lacrosse Magazine. She was also honored as the Landmark Conference Defensive Player of the Year and earned All-Landmark Conference First Team recognition after a strong junior season.
Mia Dinnocenzio - First Team Defender
- Dinnocenzio earned the first All-Region selection of her career following a standout senior campaign.
- A captain and steady veteran presence on the defensive end, Dinnocenzio ranked fourth in the Landmark Conference with 43 caused turnovers while adding 43 ground balls. She played a key role in anchoring a Scranton defense that led the conference with an 8.40 goals-against average, including a 5.40 GAA in Landmark play.
- During the Landmark playoffs, the senior totaled six ground balls and four caused turnovers. She continued her strong postseason performance in the NCAA Tournament, recording three ground balls and five caused turnovers in two game.
- Dinnocenzio tallied at least one caused turnover in 18 contests and recorded nine games this season with multiple caused turnovers and multiple ground balls.
- Earlier this year, she earned the first All-Conference honor of her career, being named to the All-Landmark First Team.
Eva Guerino - First Team Goalkeeper
- This is the second consecutive season Guerino has been named All-Region after being named to the second team last year.
- The senior captain has turned in a strong campaign in her senior year, ranking second in the Landmark Conference with a .502 save percentage and fourth with an 8.59 goals against average. She has backstopped the conference's top-ranked defense to a 16-5 record this season.Â
- The Hopewell, N.J., native has recorded double-digit saves in five games and has totaled a career-high 160Â saves this year.Â
- Earlier this season, Guerino was named to the All-Landmark Conference First Team.
- Guerino finishes her career at Scranton as the program's all-time leader in career goals-against average, posting a 7.76 GAA across more than 2,334 minutes in net. She also ranks fourth in program history with a .511 career save percentage.
Jillian Lopez - First Team Attacker
- Lopez delivered a historic junior campaign, earning All-Boardwalk Region First Team honors for the second consecutive season.
- The junior captain set career highs across the board, ranking fourth in the nation with 86 goals while adding 12 assists for 101 total points. She finished second in the conference in both goals and points and placed 10th in draw controls with 61.
- The Sayville, New York native established a new single-season program record with 86 goals, surpassing Liz Baumbach's previous mark of 75 set in 2002 and 2003. Lopez also became just the third player in program histor, joining Bridget Lee and Baumbach, to eclipse 100 points in a single season.
- Consistency defined her year, as she scored multiple goals in 20 of 21 games and recorded five or more goals on 10 occasions.
- Earlier this week, Lopez was named an All-American Honorable Mention by USA Lacrosse Magazine. She was also selected as the Landmark Conference Offensive Player of the Year, earned Landmark Tournament MVP honors for the second straight season, and garnered All-Landmark Conference First Team recognition.
