Eileen Hewitt of The University of Scranton women's lacrosse team earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-American Third Team honors after her outstanding junior season, as announced by the organization on Friday.
Hewitt, who was previously named a Third Team All-American by USA Lacrosse Magazine earlier this season, collected the first IWLCA All-American honor of her career on Thursday. The award marks another addition to an impressive list of accomplishments this season, as Hewitt also earned IWLCA All-Region First Team honors, All-Landmark First Team accolades, and was selected as the Landmark Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
Hewitt capped off her junior campaign with 93 points on 52 goals and 41 assists, while also recording 69 ground balls, 47 caused turnovers, and 109 draw controls. She played a key role in helping University of Scranton capture its fourth straight Landmark Conference Championship and earn an NCAA Tournament first-round victory for the third consecutive season.

- Finished second on the team with 93 points

- Posted 17 multi-goal games and 15 contests with at least four points, including an eight-point game vs. Susquehanna in the Landmark Semifinals
- Became the second player in program history with 200 career draw controls
- Surpassed 200 career points with two goals and four assists in the NCAA First Round win over St. Mary's
- Earned third straight IWLCA All-Region First Team honors
- Secured third consecutive All-Landmark Selection
