The top-seeded University of Scranton women's lacrosse team (14-3) is set to host No. 5 seed Juniata (14-4) in a Landmark Conference semifinal on Thursday afternoon at Weiss Field with action slated to get underway at 4 p.m.
Thursday's winner will advance to Saturday's Landmark Championship game against the winner of No. 2 seed Catholic/No. 3 seed Susquehanna at the site of the highest remaining seed.
Admission to Thursday's semifinal is $7 for adults 18+ and $4 for children ages 10-17. Children ages nine and under are admitted free of charge, as are all Landmark Conference students, faculty and staff with their school ID.

The Royals clinched the No. 1 seed with a 21-7 victory over Moravian on Saturday behind four goals from junior Grace Lane (Long Beach, N.Y./Sacred Heart Academy)Â and three apiece from junior Molly McCarren (Suffern, N.Y./Suffern) and senior Erin Reich (Rockville Centre, N.Y./South Side).
Juniata advanced to the semis with a 17-11 quarterfinal win over Drew on Tuesday which included a program-record 12 points (nine goals, three assists) from Grace Gibbs. Peyton Goodrich and Kyndall Yeager both added three goals apiece for the Eagles.
The victory was Juniata's first ever Landmark postseason victory.
Scranton is ranked third in the latest NCAA Region IV rankings that were released by the organization this week.
Lane leads the Royals in both goals (49) and points (58), while Reich has added 48 points on 36 goals and 12 assists. Five different players have scored 20 or more goals as freshman Eileen Hewitt (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown East)Â has added 26, McCarren has 24 and freshman Jillian Lopez (Sayville, N.Y./St. Anthony's)Â has tallied 22.
Senior Devyn Tanajewski (Ringwood, N.J./Lakeland Regional) has 37 points with 18 goals and a team-leading 19 assists, which ranks 10th in the conference. Hewitt leads the team with 69 draw controls, which also ranks 10th in the Landmark.
Defensively, senior Grace Dabulas (Scotch Plains, N.J./Westfield)Â is tied for ninth in the Landmark with 26 caused turnovers and Lopez and Tanajewski have added 19 caused turnovers apiece.
Junior Lauren Boldis (Merrick, N.Y./Sanford H. Calhoun)Â sits second in the conference with an 8.93 goals against average and third with a .460 save percentage.
The Royals defeated Juniata by a score of 12-8 back on Mar. 23 in Scranton.
Gibbs paces the Eagles offensively with 100 points on 82 goals and 18 assists and Goodrich has 90 points with 73 goals and 17 assists. Yeager is also tied for the team lead with 24 assists. Gibbs leads the conference in goals and ranks second in points.
Elsewhere for Juniata, Maeve Kuser leads the conference with 66 ground balls and is tied with Gibbs for the conference lead with 48 caused turnovers.
