Logan Campbell Named Landmark Conference Men's Soccer Senior Scholar-Athlete

SCRANTON, Pa. – The University of Scranton's Logan Campbell has been named the 2025 Landmark Conference Men's Soccer Senior Scholar-Athlete, becoming the fourth Royal in program history to earn the honor. He joins previous recipients Bill McGuiness (2012), Matthew Busch (2016), and Brendan King (2022).

Campbell has been one of Scranton's most reliable and influential performers throughout his career, pairing elite defensive play with exceptional academic achievement. A Business Analytics major, he carries a near-perfect 3.99 grade point average.

On the field, Campbell helped guide the Royals to the 2022 Landmark Conference Championship and built a standout career marked by three All-Landmark selections—earning Second Team honors in 2023 before collecting back-to-back First Team nods in 2024 and 2025. His senior season was the best of his career, as he was named the 2025 Landmark Defensive Player of the Year after anchoring a backline that allowed just four goals all season. Campbell also earned United Soccer Coaches First Team All-Region honors in 2024.

Academically, Campbell's accomplishments are equally impressive. He is a three-time CSC Academic All-District selection (2023, 2024, 2025) and was honored nationally with United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America Second Team recognition in 2024, as well as USC Scholar All-East Region First Team accolades.

Campbell's dedication extends beyond competition and the classroom through meaningful service and leadership. As an Event Coordinator with Lamancha Animal Rescue, he collaborated with an intern cohort to organize a volunteer initiative involving 10 participants while assisting in the care, feeding, and training of more than 20 animals.

He also served as Head of Activities for Riverfront Sports' Challenger Soccer Program, facilitating inclusive sessions for more than 20 individuals with disabilities and managing multiple Excel-based systems to coordinate volunteers and streamline communication.

Additionally, Campbell has contributed to community outreach at The Arrupe House, where he helped prepare over 150 meals in partnership with Friends of the Poor.

Campbell's excellence across academics, athletics, and service makes him a deserving selection as the Landmark Conference's 2025 Men's Soccer Senior Scholar-Athlete.
