The University of Scranton women's lacrosse team has announced its 2026 schedule, featuring a competitive slate of 17 regular-season games highlighted by nine home contests at Weiss Field and a challenging non-conference lineup.

Scranton opens the season with a challenging non-conference slate that includes seven teams from the 2025 NCAA Tournament. The Royals start the year on the road at
Messiah on
Saturday, Feb. 14, before returning home for three games against opponents that all finished last season ranked in the NCAA's top 25. Scranton will host a Division III powerhouse in
No. 3 Franklin & Marshall in its home opener on
Feb. 18 and then close out February against
No. 8 York (Feb. 25) and
No. 18 Haverford (Feb. 28).
Scranton's challenging schedule continues into March with a three-game road stretch that opens on
Mar. 3 against national semifinalists
No. 5 Gettysburg, followed by trips to
Ithaca on Mar. 7 and
No. 12 Rowan on Mar. 11. The Royals return home for their Landmark Conference opener against
Goucher on Saturday, Mar. 21, before welcoming in
Williams on Mar. 24 for their final non-conference game of the season. Scranton resumes league play with a midweek matchup
at Lycoming on Mar. 25 before returning home for Senior Day against
Elizabethtown on Mar. 28.
The Royals open April with home games against
Juniata (Apr. 1) and
Moravian (Apr. 8) before closing the regular season with three of their final four games on the road. Scranton travels to the nation's capital for a key matchup
at Catholic on Apr. 11, then wraps up its home slate against
Wilkes on Apr. 15. The reigning Landmark Conference champions will close out the 2026 regular season with a pair of games on the road
at Susquehanna on Apr. 18 and
Drew on Apr. 22.
The
Landmark Conference playoffs are set to begin with the
first round on Apr. 25, followed by the
semifinals on Apr. 29 and the
championship game on May 2.
Head coach
Chrissy Trescavage and the Royals will look to build on last season's momentum as they look to capture the program's fourth straight Landmark Conference Championship and make a deep run in the NCAA Tournament.
