Nine members of The University of Scranton Women's Lacrosse team were named to the IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll as announced by the organization on Wednesday afternoon. The Royals also were selected as an Academic Honor Squad presented by the IWLCA.
To qualify for the IWLCA Academic Honor Squad, a team must have posted a 3.20 GPA or higher for the academic year. For student-athletes to qualify for the DIII Academic Honor Roll, they must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or greater.
