Newville, PA – The University of Scranton women's cross country team put together a strong showing across both the 6K and 4K races at the Dickinson College Long-Short XC Invitational on Saturday.
In the 6K, the Royals placed 12th overall with a team score of 116. Emily Miller led Scranton with a time of 25:34.6, followed closely by Helen Socorso (26:07.7), Maria Viola (26:22.5), Alison Clark (26:33.0), and Paige Barnett (26:39.8). The team combined for a clock time of 1:18:04.7.
In the 4K, Scranton placed 7th with a team score of 84 and a total time of 49:56.0. Kaitlyn Stibritz paced the Royals in 16:01.1, with strong support from Samantha Greenfield (16:40.1), Maura Durcan (17:15.0), and Shannon Pulis (17:22.7).
